I flew from Heathrow Terminal 5 recently and was offered the chance to try meet and greet parking there, which was great. Following instructions which had been mailed to me, I drove into the short stay car park via the Fast Track lane and parked near the lifts in a designated bay. I then handed my car keys to Christine, the parking lady, who was very cheerful and efficient even though it was 6am on a Monday morning. Christine’s equally chipper colleague Jeff gave me a long, colourful and hard-to-lose ticket explaining what to do on the way back and I stepped into the lift to the terminal.
On my return I was in my car within five minutes of collecting my suitcase from the carousel. It was all very simple, not at all stressful and I’d definitely recommend it, especially if travelling with children in tow.
