If you’re eyeing a boat trip to explore some of Croatia’s most breathtaking seaside caves, this 7 Caves Boat Tour from Dubrovnik is worth considering. It promises a mix of stunning natural beauty, some snorkeling, and a relaxed vibe that many travelers seem to love.
We’ve looked into what this tour offers—and from what we’ve seen, it could be a highlight for anyone who enjoys scenic boat rides, exploring caves, and soaking in the water.
Two things really stand out: first, how much reviewers praise their guides—so if you’re someone who appreciates good local knowledge, you’ll likely feel well looked after. Second, the natural scenery—those caves, the waters, the views—are consistently described as incredible.
We had the best time with Nick! Even though it was too cold for swimming, he showed us some unique hidden parts of Dubrovnik and this truly was one of the highlights of our stay here! Amazing experience, highly recommend! Thanks so much Nick for making this a trip we will never forget!
My husband and I had a truly wonderful morning with Nick. He is an incredibly experienced and helpful captain who has spent more than 30 years on these waters. Even in winter, he skillfully took us to some beautiful islands and even brought us to his aunt’s home. His family was so warm and hospitable, offering us drinks and coffee, and we had a lovely time chatting together. This entire experience was unforgettable and far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Nick and this amazing experience to anyone planning to visit Dubrovnik.
Also really cool experience in winter. The waves are quite intensive for me today, but the captain has good skills in driving even drive through a narrow path between 2 rocks. We go on a small island where only have 80 people on it. Walk for a while you can see a cliff which you just pass by boat. In the end, on the way we leave the island and back to the port, we enjoy sunset and rainbow. Overall I really recommend this tour.
The one potential snag? It’s a fairly packed four-hour trip, so if you’re after a super leisurely pace or have specific mobility needs, that’s worth keeping in mind.
This tour seems best suited for travelers who want a balanced experience of sightseeing, some swimming, and beautiful scenery without too much fuss.
