If you’re considering a horseback riding experience close to Prague, this tour in the Central Bohemian Region promises a calm, nature-filled escape. From what we’ve seen, it’s a good option for first-timers and those looking to enjoy scenic Czech landscapes without the rush or complexity of high-speed rides.

What really stands out are two things: the emphasis on animal welfare and the peaceful pace of the ride. The horses are well-cared-for, and the slow, walking pace makes it accessible to everyone—no matter your experience level. Plus, the possibility of swimming in a lake during summer adds a fun, refreshing twist.

However, one aspect to keep in mind is the location—the meeting point is about 30-40 minutes from Prague’s center, which means some planning for transportation. Also, if you’re after a high-adrenaline ride, this might not be your best fit, as the tour is designed for a relaxed, beginner-friendly experience.

Although there was a slight hiccup in that our original guide could not make it due to an emergency, the business owner managed to help us resolve it quickly. Extremely grateful to Michelle for coming down on such short notice and being a fantastic instructor. We had a wonderful time with the horses (Shanti and Lambarda) and the view was breathtaking. Highly recommend!!

This was truly an experience that was so so special. We booked for 10 september, but the forecast said it was going to rain so they offered us to come the day after and we got the swimming with the horses for free. Lovely guide and you could really see they cared for their horses wellbeing so much. They also took so many great pictures for us! That made the experience even greater. They also picked us up from the bus station so we didn’t have to walk for 20 minutes which was really nice. Overall a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re near prague looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you! Love, Lily and Noor <3
