Our tour was amazing from start to finish, it was with every penny. We were collected from our hotel in the old town by Joao who was the kindest, friendliest man who was a wealth of knowledge! We explored the gorgeous town of Silves, an Joao explained so much history of the town and it’s uniqueness. We then went to the winery, which was exceptional! Such an interesting experience and a beautiful vineyard, couldn’t recommend it enough! We learnt the entire process, we tasted 3 wines and had snacks as well!

Excellent excellent excellent!!! Such an amazing experience with the best guide Filipe who was super personable and informative about the different types of grapes and wines produced in the region. The vineyard was beautiful and the wines that we tried were all amazing. We only wish we would have been able to buy bottles to bring home but unfortunately only traveled to Portugal with small carry on luggage. Also super interesting to learn about trees that produce cork and getting to know more about cork production in Portugal!
