We had a few opportunities to stop, swim, cayak, paddle board or (for a few euros) snorkle. The food on board was basic and everyone ate the same. I did think that it was a shame that there was not more choice for vegetarians. There was not enough space on board for everyone to sunbathe. Most of us ended up sitting on the benches that ran around the perimiter. They managed to get quite alot of people on board, including young children. This was in May. The food (lunch) selection was very poor, if you have a dietary restrictions this is not for you. They serve pork, chicken and a Frankfurt sausage with pasta salad. You better come prepared with snacks as there is no much options on board. All drinks including water you have to pay not include so you might end up paying the same prices for a drink that you would pay in a bar.
