This two-hour tour begins comfortably at the Kostantakis residence in Pollonia, a lovely part of Milos. You’ll meet the son of the family, who will guide you through the process of wine-making, sharing stories about their 50+ years of tradition. It’s a chance to ask questions and really get a feel for what makes this small operation special.
We were very kindly welcomed by George. He showed us the vineyard, some machines and the cellar with a very interesting story supporting this tour. We got to know the story about the Milos wine and the history of the winery. The tasting was cozy, well explained and filled with a unique pallet of tastes. The winery is a beautiful place where you come at ease and really enjoy the moment with some musical sounds produced by crickets. The only little feedback we would give is the time management. Is more likely to take 2:30 instead of 2:00.
Awesome experience. You can catch the public bus to near the winery and walk a little further to get there. Super friendly environment and a most relaxing afternoon.
Amazing experience! George the tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly! The winery is beautiful and the tasting was amazing- they give you LOTS of wine so prepare!
