Tour guide Mercedes is very patient when sharing her knowledgeable but I think she can improve on the way she managed the group. Instead of gathering everyone at each commentary point before sharing her knowledge with us she continuously walked and talked. Those walking closely with her were able to match audio commentary and visuals. Those lagging behind can still hear her because of the radio headsets but missed out on the visual. Very easy and smooth pickup and travel. Stop off at Granada for breakfast for around 30mins and be given you physical tickets. Then taken to Alhambra where we met our guide that was funny at times and gave great information on the difference parts the complex. Let me start by saying Cristina was a great tour guide. The Alhambra was underwhelming which is not her fault! The van ride was awful. The van had no suspension and every bump we hit you felt it.
