The reason for a low star rating had nothing to do with the actual trip. Our guide Daler picked us up on time and was courteous and happy to answer any questions. The tour itself was good and we couldn’t fault it, we had the chance to see many of the highlights Banff has to offer but unfortunately we had been booked onto the wrong tour. Sadly the part of the tour we really wanted to see – Johnston Canyon was omitted and the alternative was the Banff Gondola which we had done previously. The tour we booked was called the Banff 5 lakes tour with Banff town which does overlap certain parts with the tour we had. I am still waiting to hear from the tour provider.
