We visited Chichen Izta 22 years ago and decided to revisit. Such a remarkable place. Our guide and driver were very professional and very knowledgeable. Joshua and Enrique took very good care of us. My wife has limited mobility and they made sure we had enough time to enjoy all our activities. We went to a cenote and then to a nice lunch at a local restaurant in Valladolid. After that we had free time to shop and look around the main plaza. But what sold us on this particular guide service is that they are a small local business that does it right. They will customize a tour to fit whatever you want to do. We highly recommend this company. Thanks again to Joshua and Enrique.

Joshua was so patient with our family and provided great information on all the spots we visited but especially Chichen Itza. And our driver Rodrigo got us around safely and on time! I highly recommend starting EARLY. We left Playa del Carmen at 6:15 and arrived at Chichen Itza just before the gates opened at 8am. No lines! On our way out, a couple of hours later the line of vans and buses was sooo long. And the site was very crowded. And we got back to our hotel in time to shower and get ready for our dinner reservation. I also like that we could adjust our day as we went. We opted for more time at Chichen Itza and the Cenote (also very few people and GORGEOUS) and less time at Valladolid. …

'Took private van (driven by Rodrigo) and private tour guide (Alex) from Playa del Carmen to Chichen Itza. It was the best way to tour! We were picked up at 6am promptly for the 2+ hour drive. They supplied a full cooler with waters and sodas. Alex gave us a great 45 minute presentation during the ride, telling us some of the history of the Mayan people, culture, etc. 'Made a quick bathroom stop along the way and arrived just in time for opening to the ruins. Alex escorted us throughout the ruins sharing his knowledge of the history of the location and the particular landmarks, as well as the meaning of carvings on the structures. We thoroughly enjoyed his presentation and the appropriate l…

The private tour was absolutely incredible, mainly because of our excellent tour guide Alex & Omar. Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and took his time showing us all aspects. He was patient in letting us look around. On the van trip he told stories of the culture to prepare us and made sure we had drinks and snacks on the long trip. Highly recommend.

Dulce and Carlos made this one of the most memorable vacations. Dulce made our experience one of the best with her knowledge of Chichén Itza and the Oxman Cenote. The two made us feel like VIP’s. Carlos was the perfect driver! We will definitely book again!!

First we would like to thank Omar for driving, waiting for us while we toured. He is an extremely safe and careful driver and greatly appreciated. Secondly, Manuel is the best guide we have ever had. He is knowledgeable, funny and doesn’t rush you through the sites. We love the restaurant in Valladolid, El Atrio. This meal was the best meal we’ve had so far on our trip. Manuel gave us suggestions on what to order and food that is native to the Mayan culture. We throughly enjoyed the meal and chatting with Manuel. We started early and visited ChichĂ©n Itzá prior to the large crowd and heat. Manuel educated us on the history and preservation of the ruins. We cannot thank Manuel and Omar…
