Staff is excellent . It was a little confusing coordinating with Viator. Viator continued to state the time as 6:30 pm. Really it is 16:30. Viator please correct your time. The staff was very competent and personable. The views were peaceful but boring compared to our trip over Cappadocia in Turkiye. Weather was perfect and the view lovely but not exciting. Also, it is NOT a half day. More time is spent riding around in a van. Luckily we had our own driver who followed the Montgolfier vehicles and the balloons. It was great for an introductory hot air balloon trip.
