If you would rather pay a longer visit to Eze instead of visiting the perfume factory, he would gladly accomodate that. And in each town we visited he asked us how long we would like to stay, considering the sight we wanted to see. It was going to rain hence Mattieu changed the following order of the visits to Cannes & St Paul de Vence, which I think was very thoughful. I had a great day. Hotel pickup and drop off was nice too. Not having to walk the town back to the accommodation after a long day.
