If you are traveling alone. It is a great option. Everything was amazing, the punctuality, the tour guide, the chocolate & maple syrup tasting, and the falls 🙂
I went on the all day Niagara Falls, Journey Behind the Falls, Boat tours and Skyland Tower. The tour was great. The guide was very informative and kind. The only concern I had is I feel missed out on a key part that I wanted to do was the tower. According to the itinerary it stated the tower was at the end. It was number 6. But we didn’t end up going there. We ended up in a town that we could walk around in. Now as nice as this town was we were here for over an hour and I would have preferred to have gone to the tower. I am not sure why we didn’t end up going there but I was a bit disappointed when we were on our way back with no mention of the tower. I am thinking when we were at t…
A great day. Fantastic guide. It didn't start too good, contacted the tour operator to make sure of the meeting point, Sheraton hotel. They said outside main reception. However got a phone call, from the driver wondering where we were. It turned out he was waiting on a side door entrance . So glad he phoned. Wouldn't want to have to missed the tour. Seeing the Niagara Falls is definitely a must. Book it
This tour caters well to those who appreciate guided trips, value good views, and are open to optional activities like boat rides and tower visits. It’s also suitable for people who don’t mind a compact schedule and are happy with a full but efficient day out. The Journey Begins: Toronto to Niagara Falls
The drive itself is part of the fun, with your guide sharing tidbits about the area’s history and geography. It’s a good way to settle in and get excited for what’s ahead. The trip takes roughly 9 hours including stops, so be prepared for a full day. The bus’s comfort and WiFi are nice perks, especially if you’re traveling with friends or want to catch up on messages during the ride.
First Stop: Niagara Falls Canada
The star of the show is, of course, Niagara Falls. You’ll get to see the falls from multiple viewpoints, including the American Falls, Horseshoe Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. This variety helps you appreciate the different perspectives and capture some memorable photos. Reviewers mention that the time spent here is generally sufficient to experience the falls from various angles, but note that some felt they could use more time in the area.
Up Close with the Water: Niagara City Cruises
An optional but highly recommended part of the tour is the Hornblower boat ride. This allows you to get right up to the base of the falls, feeling the mist on your face and hearing the thunder of the water. It’s an experience that elevates your visit beyond just looking from afar. The boat ride isn’t included in the base price, but for those who upgrade, it’s well worth it, especially considering it bypasses the long lines during peak times.
Behind the Water: Journey Behind the Falls
Another optional highlight is descending into tunnels behind the Horseshoe Falls. It’s a cool way to see the waterfall from a different angle and experience its raw power from observation decks right behind the roaring water. Again, tickets for this are not included but are available for purchase. Some reviewers wish they had more time at this site, as 45 minutes felt a bit rushed, especially if you want to soak in the views.
Our driver was great! This trip is a must do if you visit Toronto. Great way to tour Niagra Falls – let someone else deal with the traffic.
I can't remember our drivers name, but he was excellent. He was very kind and patient with me and my sister. He helped her with her walker which really helped me a lot. Thank you!
Tour was really good, the tour guide was friendly but the only thing I think could improve is the time in each stop, you gotta do everything in a hurry cause 15 minutes in a winery you can barely finish the tasting it should be at least an hour, comes back to Toronto before 17h so there was plenty of time in the day still that was badly distributed.

Scenic Views and Unique Stops
The tour also includes a visit to the Niagara Whirlpool Lookout, which offers sweeping views of the gorge and the swirling water below, plus a quick stop at the Floral Clock—an interesting photo op and a splash of local horticulture.
A Taste of Charm: Niagara-on-the-Lake and Wineries
After the falls, the group heads to Niagara-on-the-Lake, a picturesque town known for its charming streets and wineries. Here, you can sample local wines at a winery (if you choose to go) and enjoy some leisure time. The winery visits receive mixed reviews; some find the tasting time too brief (around 15 minutes), with others wishing for a longer visit to truly savor the wines.
The Skylon Tower (Optional)
The tour offers the chance to visit the Skylon Tower, which provides panoramic views of Niagara Falls from 775 feet above the gorge. This is a popular addition, but it’s an optional extra—tickets are not included in the base price. If you love sweeping views and want a bird’s-eye perspective, it’s worth considering.
Return to Toronto
After a full day, the bus departs Niagara around 4:00 pm to head back to Toronto, with new memories and plenty of photos. Travelers note that the schedule is generally well-paced, but some feel more time at Niagara Falls itself would enhance the experience.
What the Reviews Say
People generally find the tour offers good value for money. Many praise the professional, friendly guides who keep the day moving and share interesting tidbits. “Our driver was great! This trip is a must-do if you visit Toronto,” one reviewer shared, highlighting how easy and enjoyable the trip was without worrying about driving.
The boat ride and behind-the-falls tour are standout moments for many, with travelers raving about feeling the mist and witnessing the falls from an up-close perspective. One reviewer noted, “Going to Niagara-on-the-lake was an added bonus,” although others mentioned that more time there would improve the experience.
On the flip side, some travelers found the schedule a little rushed—particularly at the winery, where 15 minutes isn’t enough to really taste and appreciate local wines. Others mentioned occasional confusion with meeting points and some difficulty understanding the guide at times, but these seem to be minor hiccups in an overall positive experience.
