The horse back ride was not bad, then to the cenote where you jump in the center water l jumped in this guy jumped in right after me push me back down in the water mind you l can't swim but l did have a life jacket on but l couldn't catch my breath, l was telling them l can't breath they thought me a life saver at this point l couldn't move.one of the people that were in the tour with us came to my rescue. That could have ended very bad ,they were not mindful at all very unprofessional ,l will be reaching out to the company …Very bad experience for me .
Fantastic parts of this fast paced adventure were the ATV, and swimming in the cenote with zipline jump. Would really recommend this, but know the groups are large and at times felt really rushed – horse back riding was very quick, hard to interact with the horse, or notice the jungle. The tour guide was safety adversed which made it uncomfortable at times – swimming in cenote – called a wimp if you wanted a life jacket, seat belts frowned upon.
