If you’re looking for a way to really connect with nature while enjoying some of Puerto Vallarta’s most beautiful spots, the Hidden Beach Snorkeling Adventure might just be what you need. While we haven’t personally gone on this tour ourselves, the glowing reviews and detailed descriptions suggest it’s a wonderful mix of adventure, relaxation, and stunning scenery.
It’s a chance to explore lesser-known beaches and marine life, all while enjoying a laid-back, personalized experience.
What really draws us in is how this tour emphasizes small groups—maxing out at just 10 people—which promises more attention from the guide and a less crowded, more intimate experience. Plus, the opportunity to snorkel in crystal-clear waters and finish the day with some beachside food sounds pretty tempting.
Awesome trip along the shore and to two beach sites. Our guide was super and boat captain had been born right along there. Two of our group had never snorkeled before and they did great. Our guide really helped make sure they were setup right and safe in the water. I have snorkeled quite a bit over the years and had never had such a nice personal tour. Would definitely recommend this !!!
This is more than just snorkeling! You meet Elian the guide at a bus stop in the romantic zone. The city bus ride is the beginning with 25 minutes of seeing the area as we move down south. We then arrived at a picturesque town with a charming restaurant and lovely harbor while we waited to get on our boat. The boat has a cover so you don’t have to sit in the sun. Our boat captain, Brian, was an excellent captain who also snorkels! We went to 2 snorkeling spots and the snorkeling exceeded our expectations. Not St John but we saw lots of king angel fish , a cool eel and other species which we had not seen before. We got to hold a sea cucumber and a starfish and a baby conch! Another cool thi…
My husband and I took this snorkeling trip with our guide, Elian, and boat captain, Brian. We were the only ones, so it was a private trip! We are both longtime snorkelers, but we are getting up in age and are not as agile as we used to be. Elian made this trip so enjoyable and safe, and he was SO patient and helpful assisting us in and out of the boat. You can tell he loves doing these excursions and is really just the nicest person. He also took several pictures of us in the water snorkeling and air-dropped them to us. Be sure and buy the optional lunch because it was excellent. The restaurant, El Embarcadero, is right on the water and made the best cheeseburger I have ever had! I encourag…
That said, one thing to keep in mind is that transportation isn’t included, so planning your arrival is something to consider. Overall, it seems best suited for travelers who love nature, enjoy snorkeling, and appreciate a relaxed, friendly vibe.
