Route highlights: Asian side first, then the Bosphorus

The day starts on the Asian side with Çamlıca Hill and the nearby Çamlıca Mosque. Çamlıca Hill is your panoramic warm-up: it sits high enough to give broad views across the Bosphorus and Istanbul. Then the mosque visit gives you a powerful architectural pause, including time to pray or simply admire.
Fantastic experience. Great value. Will definitely recommend. The guides were outstanding. Drivers were polite and professional
Overall a good tour with amazing visit to the largest mosque in Turkey and to one of the Palaces. Tour took longer overall than anticipated with pick up and transfer to main bus taking nearly and hour. Boat tour was a total of 2.5 hours when accounting for the time the boat had to wait to get a space to dock…allow 11-12 hours for this tour if you have to be picked up from your hotel.
The tour was great. Tbe bus was comfortable and our tour guide on the tour was informative and helpful.
Next comes Beylerbeyi Palace, a 19th-century residence built in the 1860s. The palace stop is built for relaxed wandering and viewpoints, and it also ties in nicely with the cruise later since the Bosphorus scenery connects the whole theme.
Crossing the 15 July Martyrs Bridge: the “two continents” moment
A signature in this itinerary is the bridge crossing—an impressive suspension bridge linking the Asian and European sides. It’s not just a transfer; it’s one of those “you’re really doing the whole city” moments.
Once you’re on the European side, the pace shifts toward religious and hillside stops before you get back out on the water.

Eyüp Sultan Mosque and lunch break (when timing matters)

After lunch, you head to Eyüp Sultan Mosque, one of the city’s revered spiritual sites. You’ll have up to about an hour here, including time around the tomb area if you want to observe the atmosphere or take in the details.
Lunch is included and gets consistently good notes from reviewers. It’s described as a quality Turkish meal with a soft drink, and more than one traveler mentioned leaving pleasantly full.
Pierre Loti Hill and the cable car descent

Next is Pierre Loti Hill, a spot known for views and a slower, more poetic feel. The itinerary includes time to explore the area, with the option to enjoy the scenery while you’re up there.
Excellent tour! Very comprehensive to give you a nice taste of Istanbul. Pickup was efficient. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and even helpful in taking pictures. The authentic Turkish lunch was so good and I left very full! I also liked the free time we had in each place. For everything you get, the price is extremely reasonable. I recommend this tour very much.
We had a very good day. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about everything. We toured the Asian and then the European side of the country, and if you wanted to see the two countries we would highly recommend this tour.
It was with a nice group of people of different ages and cultures. The tour guide is extremely fluent in English and highly knowledgeable on the historically important places of Istanbul. My wife and I fully enjoyed the tour. Congratulations to the team of the tour!
You’ll then take the cable car down. It’s a practical way to manage the terrain and keep the day moving without making you wrestle with steep streets.
Palace + cruise combo: the best value pairing

One of the strengths of this tour is how it pairs indoor history with outdoor views. The Beylerbeyi Palace stop sets up the kind of waterfront scenery you’ll see later, so the cruise feels less like a random add-on and more like the payoff.
Then the Bosphorus portion runs for about two hours along the European side and about two hours along the Asian side (with total journey time shaped by docking logistics). Expect a lineup of famous sights viewed from the water, plus a guided narrative when you’re able to hear it.
Onboard experience: views are great, audio depends on where you sit

Most travelers love the cruise for what it shows: major landmarks including Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, Ortaköy Mosque, Bosphorus Bridge, Rumeli Fortress, and Beylerbeyi Palace, along with distant skyline icons like Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Maiden Tower, and Galata Tower.
The main caveat that comes up in reviews is sound. A few people reported difficulty hearing announcements from certain seating areas, even though the tour includes free Wi‑Fi on the boat (and onboard tea/coffee). If you’re sensitive to audio, consider sitting where you can face the speaker area and not in the far corners.
How long it really takes (and why some days feel “long”)

This is a 10-hour tour on paper, but several reviews warn it can stretch longer due to pickup timing and waiting. Reports mention that transfers can take time—especially when hotel pickup is shared or when there’s a delay between the bus portion and boarding the boat.
Plan for a long day. If you’re trying to fit this into a tight schedule (dinner plans, another tour the next day, etc.), build in buffer time.
What’s included—and where the comfort comes from

Included features are straightforward and travel-friendly: air-conditioned transportation, Wi‑Fi on the boat, a Turkish lunch with a soft drink, and key entrances like the palace fee and cable car ticket. You also get Nescafe/tea/coffee onboard.
What’s not included is equally clear: personal expenses and tips. You’ll also want to budget for any optional purchases during free time and at stops where you might want snacks or souvenirs.
Pickup logistics: shared transfers mean you need patience

Pickup is offered, but the exact time is confirmed via WhatsApp the day before. Reviews are mostly positive about efficient pickup, yet a few highlight problems: late arrival, confusion about pickup times, or longer than expected transfer stretches.
If you’re booking from a hotel, keep your phone handy and be ready for a shared-tour pace. Also, if you’re traveling alone or at night for the return drop-off, it’s smart to plan a safe route back from where you’re released.
Should you book it?
If you want an Istanbul overview that hits both continents, a grand mosque, a palace, a hilltop viewpoint, and a Bosphorus cruise, this tour is a strong value—reflected in the high recommendation rate and the high review rating. It’s especially good for first-timers and people with limited time who don’t want to piece together multiple tickets and transport options.
Just be realistic about the tradeoffs: it’s a busy day, audio on the boat can be hit-or-miss, and shared logistics can make it run long. If you can handle “full-day touring” and want maximum highlights, this one is worth booking.
