We parked at latchi harbour carpark which cost €2.50 and walked over to the boat. It was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We found a seat on the top deck and soon set sail. Drinks and ice-creams were available to buy at reasonable prices. After 45 mins we dropped anchor and were able to get in the clear blue water. There’s a slide at the front of the boat which was great fun or you could jump or climb off the back of the boat. We swam for about an hour and snorkelled (bring your own masks and snorkel- they aren’t supplied) while the bbq meat (chicken and pork) was cooked and salads prepared. The food was very home made style and delicious we ate the whole plate, very fresh salad and delicious chicken, the rice was also very good. It takes around 20 min to reach the destination, once there there is a big slide and a separate jumping area about 5 meters tall.
