We had an excellent tour with Gustavo. He was very well informed and quite entertaining! Very patient with the group also as there were a few older folks. Really can’t say enough good things about him and the way he guided our experience. The cog wheel train is amazing and while it was fairly foggy/cloudy today, as the clouds passed the views were breathtaking! It was raining heavily when we came back to town so we skipped the boat tour part. Unfortunately, I forgot to return the audio set when we left. I have sent a message that it can be picked up at the front desk of the National Hotel and I hope that reaches him!

Was he responsible for the beautiful blue sky that greeted us as we broke through the clouds while on the inclined railway? We don't know for sure, but we are willing to give him credit for that too. It was a wonderful adventure made even better by Michael's expertise as a guide.
