If you’re dreaming of exploring Mallorca beyond its sunny beaches, this Aquatic Cave Exploration Tour offers an adventure into the island’s mysterious underground world. While I haven’t personally tried it (since I love hearing about experiences from others), the glowing reviews and detailed descriptions suggest it’s a must-do for anyone craving something active, awe-inspiring, and a bit different.

What really catches our eye are the expert guides—they not only ensure safety but also sprinkle the journey with fascinating stories and humor. Plus, the chance to swim in stunning cave lakes and marvel at the fantastic formations makes this feel like an otherworldly experience.

One thing to keep in mind is that this tour is not suitable for everyone—it’s geared toward those comfortable with water, walking on uneven terrain, and not claustrophobic. So, if you’re a seasoned swimmer or an explorer at heart, this could be just what you’re looking for.

Cave Tour Review – May 22, 2025, near Porto Cristo, Mallorca We had an amazing experience exploring the caves near Porto Cristo in Mallorca on May 22, 2025. Our guides, Vanessa and Antonio, were absolutely fantastic. Their deep knowledge of the caves, combined with their professionalism and dedication, made the tour both informative and enjoyable. The caves themselves were breathtaking – a true natural wonder. We were impressed by the beauty and uniqueness of the formations. Everything was very well organized, and we felt safe and taken care of throughout the entire tour. It was a memorable adventure that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Vanessa and Antonio really made this tour great. Although we were a little bit late (again, sorry 😅) they welcomed us with open arms. After a nice walk to the cave, we put on our wetsuits and started descending. Mentioned before, of you are claustrofobic don’t choose the narrow entrance like we dis, but the more wider entrance (also given as option by the guides). The descent, the tour in de cave, swimming, floating, the information given, and off course the vieuws and surroundings made the tour a really amazing experience. Definitely would recommend it! And ask for tips for diner, we had one and it was maybe the best diner we had during our stay 👌🏼😋 And we also took the option…

Very lovely guides and the activity, although if you are claustrophobic I would not recommend this. Else wise very supportive guides, felt safe doing this for the first time in my life! If you are adventurous, this is a must do once you visit an Island. Also, very good local recommendations from the guide and overall very lovely people to spend the day with 😊

This adventure is best suited for travelers who enjoy a mix of physical activity, nature, and a touch of mystery. It’s ideal for those who want a memorable, picture-worthy experience, but maybe not for families with very young kids or anyone with mobility issues.
