If you’re looking for a way to see Menorca from a different angle, a kayak tour exploring the island’s caves might just be your ideal adventure. Once in the water, the journey starts with a visit to Cova d’en Xoroi, a cave famous enough to be a highlight. We had an amazing kayak trip with Alvaro as our guide on Sunday! He made the experience so much fun, letting us stop a few times for jumps into the water and even providing snorkeling equipment. The snacks were a really nice touch and he was super flexible with timings, which made the whole day feel relaxed and enjoyable. It was also great that he had a GoPro, so we could capture photos without worrying about getting our phones wet. Afterwards, he uploaded them and made them easy to access, such a thoughtful extra! Highly recommend! Muchas gracias , Álvaro! De los gallegos que viven en London 😊
This was a really fun way to get in the water and see some of Menorca’s beautiful caves.
Loved this! Our guide Aitor was lovely. His English was great, he was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. Were a mid 50’s couple with a teenage daughter, not particularly fit but as I’d kayaked before I was in a single kayaked and husband and daughter a double. It was a bit choppier coming back and I did struggle a bit but Aitor attached me to his kayak and helped me back! The coastline and caves were stunning and Aitor had lots of interesting facts and took lots of pictures and videos which are then easily accessed on the website. Snack of Mahón cheese with apples and breadsticks delicious and now figuring out how to get Mahón cheese back home. Only thing that’s a must…
