Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket - A Detailed Look at the Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise

If you’re eyeing a classic Parisian night out that blends glamour, history, and a bit of sparkle, this combo tour might catch your attention. It’s designed for travelers who want to see some of the city’s most famous sights while soaking in its legendary entertainment scene.

For about four hours, you’ll get a taste of Paris from the water and from the stage — all topped with a glass of Champagne, of course.

A fun evening with colorful costumes and dancers both male and female. A full glass of champagne helped us relax and enjoy the show. Entertaining and a fun night!

5 star review! Exactly as described – host met us right outside of the box office. Make sure you got a little early, a line starts to form after 830. I read previous reviews about the river cruise needing to be done another day which was fine. The Viator host also clearly explained this when we gave our tickets. They also offered a bus ride back to 3 major sites in central Paris, however there are tons of taxis. The show itself was SUPERB! Amazing performances, costumes, waiter service, etc. all beyond expectations. Tip the maitre’d for a better table! Do not miss Moulin Rouge!
Kathryn B
Everything was wonderful with the exception of not getting to pick seats . While there is truly no bad seat, we were crammed at a table for 2 but it was set up to accommodate 6 people.

What we really appreciate about this experience is how it combines two signature experiences: the glittering Moulin Rouge cabaret and a relaxing Seine River cruise. The show, Féerie, is a spectacle, packed with dazzling costumes and talented performers that draw crowds year after year.

Meanwhile, the river cruise offers a peaceful, scenic window into Paris’s historic architecture, all lit up in the evening.

One thing to keep in mind is the cost — at over $300 per person, it’s not exactly budget-friendly. Some reviews mention that the seats at Moulin Rouge can feel cramped or block views, which might be a downside if you’re particular about your vantage point. This tour is best suited for those who want a memorable night with a good balance of entertainment and sightseeing, rather than a bargain deal.

If you’re someone who loves a lively, authentic Paris experience, with a bit of comfort and convenience, this tour could very well fit the bill. Just be prepared for the crowds and the hustle of a popular attraction. Now, let’s explore what’s really on offer, what to expect, and whether it’s worth your hard-earned money.

Show was good, but we were given the back seats, in which we could not see the performers well. They should have not accepted too many audience if some will be compromised.
Diane S
Such a fun show! Our tour person was wonderful! Thank love leaving reviews when I’m happy with your service BUT I do t understand why there needs to be a “character minimum”?!?!?!? Makes me not want to bother leaving a review.
Christine M
Know in advance that the seine cruise can only be accessed the following day, even if you’re assured that’s not the case as we were that information isn’t honoured.

The Experience: What You Can Expect

Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket - The Experience: What You Can Expect

This tour kicks off in the early evening, around 8:45 pm, at the Place de Sydney near the Eiffel Tower, where you’ll meet your guide. From there, the adventure unfolds over the next few hours with a few key highlights.

Moulin Rouge Show

The centerpiece is the Féerie cabaret performance at the Moulin Rouge, a venue that’s been enchanting visitors since the late 1800s. Known for its opulent costumes, vibrant dance numbers, and spectacular stage productions, Féerie offers about 2 hours of high-energy entertainment.

You’ll enjoy a glass of Champagne or a half-bottle, depending on the option you select. This added touch makes the experience feel more festive, especially as the dancers and singers keep the energy high. However, some reviews note that seating can be a hit or miss — one guest mentioned being stuck in the back with a blocked view, which can be disappointing, especially for such a renowned show.

The Seine River Cruise

After the show, you’ll be handed a ticket for the Seine River cruise, which is valid for six months and can be taken any day you prefer, morning or evening. The cruise lasts about an hour and offers a peaceful counterpoint to the lively cabaret. It’s a gentle ride along the water, passing under beautiful bridges and by landmarks like Notre-Dame, Musée d’Orsay, Grand Palais, and Petit Palais.

The show was great! Only downfall is that there is no control over seating selection. We were seated towards the back and there was some obstruction with columns but it didn't totally ruin our experience. Tour operator provides bus service back to 3 general locations which was convenient to get us back to our hotel. We did the Siene River cruise the following day which was a relaxing way to see some of the City's sights.
Lisa S
It was easy to book through Viator and get tickets at the venue. Helpful staff. Great show, a memorable experience.
Fred S
Everything about this experience was exceptional! We had dinner before the show near the theater and met the Paris CityVision guide (in the red vest) right outside the Moulin Rouge gift shop who gave us the show tickets, tickets for the Seine River cruise (that we used the following day) and met us at the same spot after the show to put us on the correct bus back to the Arc de Triomphe. We had a table between the balconies (no obstructed views) and a full bottle of champagne. It's a more expensive experience but absolutely worth it!

The boat cruise features audio commentary in 14 languages, meaning you can learn about Paris’s history and architecture as you drift along, admiring the illuminated monuments. From the deck, the views of the city’s iconic skyline are particularly striking at night, which many travelers find to be a highlight.

One review shared that “the river cruise was very nice,” and it’s easy to see why. It’s a relaxing way to see the city’s architecture from a different perspective, especially after an energetic show.

Post-Show Drop-Off and Transportation

Once back at the Eiffel Tower, your guide will escort you to one of five central drop-off points, mostly in the lively areas of Paris. If you’re staying elsewhere, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation, but the drop-off points are well-connected by taxis or public transit.

The entire evening wraps up around midnight, giving you plenty of time to snap photos of the Eiffel Tower or continue exploring the city’s nightlife.

The show was fabulous. I wish I could have seen the whole stage. Our seat were not good we had a wall block half the stage. Sad about that Also i think the bus could have gotten us a little closer than a 30 min walk at midnight in Paris the river cruise was a very nice
Graeme H
I had a very bad experience When I slid my chair back I hadn’t realised the area was so small My back chair legs went over the edge and I had a hard fall. Lucky not to get severe injuries
Tricia T
Fantastic experience all round, totally unexpected show with the girls and boys dancing the night away. A much looked forward to show.

Deep Dive Into the Itinerary

Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket - Deep Dive Into the Itinerary

Start at Place de Sydney

Your evening begins with a meet-up outside the Moulin Rouge, where the guide in a recognizable red jacket will hand you your tickets. Many reviews mention how smooth this process is — “Helpful staff and easy booking,” as one reviewer put it. The meeting point is right across from the famed cabaret, making it straightforward to find.

Moulin Rouge’s Féerie Show

You’ll arrive just in time for the 10:30 pm show. The Féerie performance is an extravaganza of dancers, acrobats, and costumes that evoke the glamour of Paris’s bohemian past. You’ll sip Champagne while watching the spectacle unfold, which adds to the festive atmosphere.

Some guests comment that they wish they had better seats, with a review noting that “our seats were not good, we had a wall block half the stage.” It’s important to note that seating arrangements are managed by the venue, but because the venue is quite popular, some sections may have limited visibility.

The Seine River Cruise

Right after the show, your guide will give you the cruise tickets, which you can enjoy on another day. The cruise itself is a highlight, offering a peaceful, scenic view of Paris’s illuminated landmarks. Passengers appreciate the recorded commentary — available in many languages — which enriches the experience.

lamitralb
The show was okay. But they didn’t tell me til I got there that the cruise wasn’t for the same day, even though it was included in the itinerary. Another costumer I met there was confused by the same thing. We were trying to figure out how to fit the cruise in on our already busy trip! I might change my recommendation if that were made more clear. It was misleading.
MarieLouise W
Arrived as instructed by our leaflet to pick up tickets at Moulin Rouge only to b told we needed to wait till 6pm for our tickets. Went at 6pm to be told again no tickets, come back at 8pm. At 8pm we given our tickets however missed the cruise as we needed to make our own way to the Eiffel Tower for the cruise, this was not communicated anywhere in writing therefore we did not have enough time for cruise. Moulin Rouge better than we anticipated. Fantastic athletes, choreography and visual performances. Overall we are disappointed that we missed out on cruise however would highly recommend the show.
Mary L
Easy to get tickets from guide outside of Moulin Rouge just as explained. We scheduled thru Viator in case excursion needed to be cancelled which is easy to do thru Viator but impossible to do if tickets had been bought thru Moulin Rouge.

The cruise provides views of Notre-Dame, Musee d’Orsay, and the Grand Palais, all lit up against the night sky. It’s a gentle journey, great for relaxing after the lively cabaret.

The End of the Night

Following the cruise, you'll be driven to a central Paris location, allowing you to continue your evening exploring or head back to your hotel. Some reviews mention that the drop-off points are well situated for further sightseeing or easy taxi access.

Real Guest Perspectives

Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket - Real Guest Perspectives

Many visitors find the experience to be well-organized and enjoyable. One reviewer said, “Everything about this experience was exceptional,” especially enjoying the pre-show dinner and the ease of ticket pickup. Others, however, highlight some issues with seating and the value for money; for example, “seats in the back had limited visibility,” which can be a letdown for a show of this caliber.

A different guest noted the crowds and feeling of being packed in, which is common at such a famous venue. Still, the dazzling costumes and talented performers tend to impress most attendees.

On the river cruise, guests describe it as “very nice” and a beautiful way to view Paris. The recorded commentary is appreciated, and many mention that the views are best at night.

However, some reviews point out that the seating at the show isn’t always ideal, and a few mention that the price feels high given their experience, especially if they ended up in less desirable seats.

Is This Tour Worth It?

Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket - Is This Tour Worth It?

When considering the $316 price tag, you’re paying for a packaged experience that includes two major Paris attractions, plus Champagne. For lovers of spectacle and scenery, it offers a convenient way to see and experience Paris at night with minimal fuss.

The show itself is often praised for its costumes and talented performers, making it a memorable highlight. The Seine cruise adds a soothing, scenic dimension that rounds out the evening nicely. The convenience of guided ticket pickup and drop-off in central Paris is a plus, especially for those unfamiliar with navigating the city’s busy streets at night.

Nevertheless, the experience isn’t perfect. Seating can be inconsistent, and some guests feel that value depends heavily on getting good seats and the timing of the cruise. It’s also worth noting that some reviews mention discomfort or logistical issues, so keep these in mind.

This tour is best suited for travelers who value ease, iconic experiences, and a lively night out over budget-conscious choices. If you’re okay with crowds, enjoy glamorous shows, and want a hassle-free way to tick off two Parisian must-dos, this could be a good fit.
