Guide was very informative and careful in driving. His first poor service was he rushed us through some spots, if it was a timing problem he should have explained it to us or given us the option of extra time for a cost. His second poor service was arranging for an Ubber to drive us back to the hotel once we reached the out skirt of Paris. We were 36 minutes from the hotel going by maps but had to wait in one spot for 25 minutes waiting for the Ubber to arrive after driving around in circles looking for a car park where he could pull up and wait.

Wonderful tour and guide. Igor was very knowledgeable and shared personal stories throughout the tour. The drive from Paris was long but he filled the drive there with information and back stories. Would recommend if you only have a day but would have definitely loved to stay in Normandy for longer due to the beauty and history

Igor Rosen was the most knowledgeable, interesting and informative tour guide we've ever had.

That said, a full day on the road means a long drive, and it’s best suited for those comfortable with around 11 hours of travel. If you’re a history enthusiast or someone wanting a comprehensive, well-organized visit without the stress of planning every detail, this tour is worth considering.

Perfect tour and perfect host! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Igor was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about the subject. We were picked up in a clean vehicle and transported safely. Not a minute was wasted. He was well prepared with videos, visual aids, and plenty of anecdotes. The Normandy D-Day Tour was the highlight of our trip and we will definitely book him for his Normandy Foodie Tour when we return to France.
Penny
Our Tour of Normandy was the best tour I have ever been on in any country. Igor’s knowledge and passion for the Normandy region is infectious. So many extra touches that made every stop include a human connection. The views and stories of those brave men was humbling. The towns people and their appreciation of the of all the servicemen who liberated them from German occupation was touching. Igor was the most charismatic tour guide. He was able to modify the tour for a special stop for one of our guests that served in the 82 Airborne. You will not be disappointed with any if his tours. Thank you Igor.

Normandy American Cemetery
The final major stop is the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial. Here, you’ll see thousands of graves and reflect on the price paid for liberation. Many visitors find this site poignant and humbling. The guide often shares personal stories and contextual details, making the visit more meaningful. After the cemetery, you might attend a ceremony of the colors, adding a powerful capstone to the day.
