One of the highlights of our trip. Not only is the cooking class super informative and fun and fast paced, but the setting is unbelievable. It’s a gorgeous working farm that makes award winning olive oil and delicious Sangiovese, both of which you’ll get to sample during the class. Perfect activity for adults and kids alike.

This was the one thing that I booked for just myself on a 16 day trip in Umbria with my two little kids and husband. It did not disappoint! Alina was such a sweet host and teacher who helped us make delicious pasta, showed us around her olive oil mill and allowed us to truly SLOW down!
Jennifer L
Everything I expected and more…beautiful farm in the country, amazing food, and an incredible host patiently teaching us how to make delicious pasta and tiramisu. It was an amazing day

One potential drawback is that the tour lasts around three hours, which might be tight for travelers with busy schedules or those who prefer more leisurely adventures. This tour suits food lovers, families, and anyone seeking a genuine, hands-on Italian farm experience close to Perugia.

Ciara, was such a great representative of this great heritage. Her knowledge of the vineyard, the family history, the Chianti tradition, the process and the flavor recognition. We purchased three (2)wines and their wonderful olive oil. Can’t wait to arrive back to Paris and drink Super Tuscan and Reserve🍷

This was as one of the best experiences on my trip to Italy! Alina, the wonderful chef, was warm, fun and so welcoming. Just one of the loveliest people I met on my trip. Her daughter, Stella, is a beautiful little sweetheart. And the food was fantastic! I come from a culinary background and still learned so much. Probably the best meal I had in Italy. And that says a lot. The olive oil they produce on their farm is amazing. I bought 4 bottles to bring home and I put it on everything. It's a quality and flavor that prominently stands out. Thank you Alina for the wonderful experience!

This is not just a demonstration; you’re actively involved—rolling dough, filling ravioli, and creating sauces. The reviews love how fun, fast-paced, and informative the class is.

The education on olive oil, the making of the pasta with sauces and eating it when it was completed, was the icing on the cake for our family. Our host was knowledgeable and has tremendous passion for her work. The best family experience.
Ronald S
How delicious every dish was. We made 5 different pastas and the flavors of each was unique and so flavorful. The tour of the olive press was quite informative. What it takes to get such high quality EVOO is amazing. So much so that we bought a dozen bottles. And don’t forget Alina’s 6 year old niece. She was so serous in her pasta making, we know who will carry on the business in the next generation. BTW, come veeery hungry.
