DO NOT BUY ON VIATOR!!!! The boat ride experience was great, but the tickets from Viator don’t work. And they have plenty available at the ticket office – even on a busy July evening. We got in line at 19:50 for our 20:30 boat ride, and it’s just a giant queue of people. A boat comes, the lost if full of people & that one leave and a new one comes. We got on about 20:10 & had a lovely ride with great views. The commentary was fine, but we were both very low on phone battery so we didn’t download the app. Walked after to get a crepe from a street vendor and then watched the Eiffel Tower light up!!
The whole experience was extremely pleasant and easy. The two operator accommodated us at an earlier time from our booking without charging us an extra fee. The whole boat ride was very smooth.

When we tried to push the Get Tickets, it did not go anywhere. Anyway, we bought a second set of tickets. Should I be getting a refund???

The lights were spectacular and we had lovely skies as a backdrop for the lit buildings, numerous boats and the Eiffel Tower.
Was a very nice and relaxing river tour. We got to see highlights from a different perspective and the boat was nice. We did this as our last activity in Paris and was a nice way to end our vacation. This would also be good to start your vacation in Paris to give a better idea of what to visit.
