“The mozzarella experience at the farm was incredible. The Masseria was easy to find. Our guide Diana who is a part of the family that owns the farm provided a lot of details and descriptions for the various steps in cheese making and raising cows. She was extremely knowledgeable and her English was fantastic. Watching her colleague create burrata, mozzarella cheese in a variety of shapes was not only extremely educational and interesting but he also make jokes and created a very fun experience. The tasting at the end was great included water, local wine, the burrata and mozzarella that was made in front of us as well as other varieties of cheese and meat, as well as bread. The portion was large enough that the two of us couldnt finish it but they happily provided us takeaway boxes. Overall wonderful experience would highly recommend. There was even a small local shop with their products where you could buy more if you wanted….”
