Have no fear and go for it! The team of Sydney and Shazz were amazing! They were serious about safety and very funny and informative about the ecosystem around us. The 2 zip lines were fast and fun. You can go upside down if you wish on the second one. The final activity, The 21 meter drop is a leap of faith and not as scary as you think. You can push off forward or backwards. The drop down is slowed down and you end up on a mat below. The team assisted us back up the tiki trail to the starting point ensuring our safety at all times. I would highly recommend this adventure. It was the highlight of our time so far in NZ.

We booked this zipline tour for our kids — one a daredevil, the other a bit more cautious — and they both had a fantastic time. The 1-hour tour with 2 lines and a 21-meter drop offered the perfect mix of excitement and safety. The staff are fun, supportive young folks who clearly love their job, helping our less confident teen feel comfortable while letting the daredevil go all out. At the end, a bungee jump off the last platform took them completely by surprise — they were a bit scared but did it anyway as there was no other option. The weather was a bit crazy, with hail hitting as they had to trek back up from the last bungee jump, but it didn’t ruin the experience. A great tip: yo…

Excellent! Was exciting and loved the additional bits about history of Zealandia!! Reece and Ben were both fantastic! Super charged and motivating. Made the 40 meter drop look like a piece of cake!!! Would recommend the activity to everyone! Zip trek guys are fantastic!

Overall, it’s best suited for travelers who want a quick, fun high-altitude experience with incredible views and don’t mind a bit of a rush.
