The trip was very good but it could have been better if there was a guided tour in Alberobello. The tour in Matera was outstanding as the guide Signor Pasquale was not only very knowledgeable and good but very passionate about his job. He not only explained the things well but also took us to specific shops and locations which are usually hidden for normal tourists. In a way it was an excellent experience.

I am only giving this 5 stars because of our tour guide in Matera, Giuseppe. I strongly recommend getting a live tour guide for both cities. Speaking of the cities they are amazing and well worth the trip. The bus was okay, none of the charging ports work and the audio and video didn’t work properly. For the entire bus ride you will have to listen to loud announcements in 4 languages, when there is not music playing unnecessarily loud. The music was nice just loud, so bring noise canceling earbuds if you are easily annoyed😂 Again, Giuseppe is awesome! He answered all questions and was very entertaining. Despite the bus this trip was a highlight.
