Also, don’t be afraid to go at different times for different sunlight. It is pretty at all times. Our guide took pictures for us and gave great history of area.

If anyone is concerned about the hike out of the canyon, it is a gentle sloped ramp with a shade structure. Then a flat and easy walk in the sun back to the buses, bring a hat and water. At the end of yen return is a staircase with handrail goi g down to the busses. Clear bags are required.
