When you’re planning a trip to Kusadasi, chances are the main draw is lazy days on the beach or exploring historic sites. But if you’re craving something a bit more adrenaline-pumping and off the beaten path, the Buggy Safari organized by Capella Tourism might just be a highlight.
We’ve looked into it, and from the multiple reviews and details available, this safari offers a lively way to see the countryside and have some fun in the dirt.
Enjoyed the location beach & bush We understand safety but the speed limits are set too low so it's not as thrilling and exciting as it's 'advertised as'! Also way too much litter on the beaches, plastic bottles & rubbish is not a good look for tourists!
Really enjoyable experience. Felt a little disorganised at times but overall once we got going it was great fun. Heads up for all those rhinos doing this, you will get dirty from the dust so be prepared. I agree with others regarding the beach, leading up to the beach and on it itself a lot of rubbish around, but it appeared in the main to be rubbish that had been washed up, so really can’t be avoided by the organisers.
Two things we genuinely appreciate about this experience are the convenience of hotel pickup and the friendly, guides who walk you through safety and driving tips. Also, the route takes you through stunning pine forests and ends at a beautiful beach, providing a mix of adventure and scenic views.
On the flip side, a potential consideration is that the trail isn’t exactly scenic all the way through; some parts are less picturesque and more rugged or dusty. Plus, it’s not suitable for anyone with physical difficulties or pregnant women, which is worth keeping in mind if that applies to you or your travel companions.
This safari is great if you’re after a fun, moderately adventurous outing that breaks up the usual sunbathing routine. Perfect for active travelers, groups of friends, or families with kids older than 17, who can enjoy driving or riding along.

The Start: Safety Briefing and Equipment
Once at the starting point, your guides will introduce themselves and walk you through how to operate the quad bikes safely. They’ll cover controls, safety gear, and what to do in tricky spots — a reassuring step especially if you're new to riding. You don’t need a license or experience to enjoy this, which makes it accessible for most.
The Drive: Rugged Trails and Scenic Views
The route itself is designed to be both exciting and scenic. You'll start in the pine forest, moving along dusty mountain trails that are rocky and sometimes muddy. Expect a fair bit of splashing through watery patches and getting a little dusty — part of the fun, if you’re into that kind of adventure.
One of the reviews from Debbie mentions that the paths are not particularly scenic but appreciate the fun of the ride, especially for kids who enjoyed the experience. The guides are good at keeping everyone safe and on track, so even beginners can enjoy driving without worry.
The End: Pamucak Beach
The route culminates at Pamucak Beach, a lovely spot to unwind. If you’ve brought your swimsuit, you'll probably want to take a quick dip or just relax and soak in the views. It’s a fitting finish to the three-hour journey, giving you a chance to cool off after the dusty trail.

- Comfortable shoes
- Change of clothes

What not to bring:
