I want to start out by saying Nicoletta was the best tour guide for Pompeii! She gave so many interesting facts about the place that made the ruins come to life! Our tour guide for Mount Vesuvius canceled last minute due to sickness, but Viator set us up with a bus and an audio guide, which was fine. And they partially refunded us as well.
