Paula
The tour was amazing and well planned. Also we enjoyed the boat which was very comfortable and having space for everyone (didn’t need to sit squeezed with a lot of people). Thanks a lot to the skipper who even turned on the music for better atmosphere🤩
Paul
Guide was excellent and had good sense of humour. Great boat – unexpected but nonetheless great. Trogir lovely and sufficient time at each location
Charlotte
Really fun, our guide was great and even took us to an extra stop on the way back as he knew of a great little cove to snorkel in. Great experience and would definitely recommend

What we really like about this tour is how it balances the scenic beauty of the Blue Lagoon with a stroll through the UNESCO-listed streets of Trogir. Plus, it seems the small group size and a friendly, knowledgeable skipper make the experience feel personal and relaxed.

On the flip side, potential travelers should consider that it’s a quick trip with limited time at each stop, so it’s best suited for those who want a snapshot rather than a deep dive.

This tour is ideal for those who love swimming, snorkeling, and quick cultural visits. If you’re after a laid-back, scenic experience that combines the best parts of the Adriatic coast without taking up an entire day, this might be just right. It’s especially good for travelers who appreciate a bit of comfort and a personal touch during their excursions.

The First Stop: Blue Lagoon

From Split: Blue Lagoon and Trogir Half-Day Speedboat Tour - The First Stop: Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon is often the star of the show, and for good reason. It’s a shallow, sandy bay with crystal-clear waters, great for swimming and snorkeling. Because of the crushed shells in the seabed, the water takes on a mesmerizing turquoise hue, which makes for stunning photos.

Travelers love the snorkeling possibilities, noting that vibrant marine life is visible if you bring your mask. One reviewer mentioned that they wished they had asked specifically for the snorkeling pipe, so it’s worth confirming that’s included or bringing your own gear. The lagoon’s shallow nature is also ideal for relaxing without worries of deep water.

For many, this stop is the highlight — a chance to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic. If you’re prone to tight schedules, keep in mind that you only get about 1.5 hours here, so it’s a quick dip rather than a full day’s retreat.

It was a splendid speed boat with a luxury look. First stop will be Blue lagoon where you will get 1.5 hrs to swim in the beach or bay. Please ask specifically to get the snorkelling pipe which were not given to us. I would suggest to bring your own drinks to the Island which will be way much cheaper. Then the next stop will be Trogir, suggestion is to try Gelato.
Liza
The excursion to Trogir and Blue Lagoon were great! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our day. The two guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this activity to anyone who loves to swim and visit a local town
Jayne
Great boat trip, Ivan had a pleasant friendly manner. Speed boat very clean. Troghir lovely town to visit.

Midday Relaxation at Okrug Gornji

From Split: Blue Lagoon and Trogir Half-Day Speedboat Tour - Midday Relaxation at Okrug Gornji

Next, the boat heads to Okrug Gornji on Iovo Island, a peaceful spot famed for its relaxed vibe and clear waters. Many reviews mention this as a perfect place to chill at the Borkko beach bar, listening to soft music while sipping a refreshing drink.

The stop offers a chance to swim, sunbathe, or just lounge with a cocktail, making it a good break from the vigorous swimming at the Lagoon. The overall atmosphere is laid-back and authentic, capturing that Dalmatian summer feel. It’s a small-scale experience, so you might find it too brief if you’re craving a full day on the beach, but it’s enough to leave you refreshed.

Exploring Trogir: A Cultural Gem

From Split: Blue Lagoon and Trogir Half-Day Speedboat Tour - Exploring Trogir: A Cultural Gem

The final stop is Trogir, a tiny town with big history. With its narrow stone streets, medieval buildings, and charming squares, it’s easy to see why UNESCO recognizes it as a world heritage site. The free time here, about an hour, gives travelers a chance to wander at their own pace, snap photos, or grab a gelato.

Many reviews highlight how much they enjoyed strolling through Trogir’s old town, admiring the architecture from different eras — Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance. It’s a lovely contrast to the open waters and beaches, offering a cultural taste of Dalmatia.

Meeting point was a bit hard to find but after that everything went smoothly. Our 2 skippers were very helpful and kind. The boat was modern and takes nearly 20 people. The whole vibe of the tour was quite nice.

Very fun ride with a speedboat and awesome place to go snorkling. Gave us some free time in Trogir where we could explore on our own. Skipper was friendly and offered us beer and water.
Emma
I loved this tour! Trogir was amazing and so was the Blue Lagoon. Tour guides were very helpful and offered free time as well. Definitely would recommend.

Trogir is wonderful, and the blue lagoon is so refreshing and clear. Plenty of time to do what you want & the tour guide was great. fantastic experience
Andrew
What a treat to be picked up from the dock below our hotel in a swanky little motor boat! The guides, Laura and her husband were very friendly and we had a great time at Trogir and then onto the Blue Lagoon. Our snorkel masks weren't the best but I think that was just luck of the drawer. The trip was rounded off with a chance sighting of a pod of dolphins which our guides stopped for so we could watch them. All in all a memorable and thoroughly recommendable trip.
Stephen
Lovely tour guide and awesome place and speedboat trip 🙂 with restaurant recommendation and history tour

Others highlight the flexibility and extra touches — for instance, an extra snorkel stop or the charm of Trogir’s streets. Many travelers also appreciate the value, noting that the price of about $61 is fair, considering the inclusions and the scenic stops.

However, some reviewers mention the limited time at each location — so if you’re looking for a full day of relaxation or exploration, this might feel a bit rushed. The trip is best suited to those who want a quick, scenic escape rather than a comprehensive day-long adventure.
