Diane
Easy to make reservations on the app. Easy to use.
Jenny
The pass was really useful to plan our Milan trip. We couldn't make the most out of it as only had 2 days but it was still worth it for booking activities. I couldn't work out how to use the ticket on buses though but the Metro was easy. Would recommend. If you go to the Da Vinci science and technology museum give your self plenty of time as its huge!!

All options are fully digital, which means no paper tickets—just download the YesMilanoPass App, log in with your voucher, and organize your visits straight from your phone. This setup is great for travelers who like to keep things simple and eco-friendly.

Highly recommended. It's a great option to see the city as you can use every public transport. You have to download the YesMilano app and provide the number of your reservation there. Then you'll choosing the exact time you'll be using it. To board the metro you always have to validate you ticket by the entrance gates and repeat it when leaving the area. The ticket also allows you to enter the terrace of the Duomo, but doesn't allow you to enter the Cathedral itself. For that you need another ticket. The ticket to one other chosen attraction works well, as well. We chose the National Museum of Technology and Science.
Susan
We loved Mario who was patient and explained everything to us.
Gary
The attractions included combined with travel pass was excellent value for money. We were able to see many places we did even know of, with the added bonus of 3 days travel. The Duomo was tremendous and highly recommend.

Plus, digital maps and audio guides are included, giving you insightful commentary as you wander around. Plus, with discounts of up to 30% available via the app, there are opportunities to save on extra activities and dining.

How Does It Work?

Milan: Official City Pass with Duomo and Over 10 Attractions - How Does It Work?

Once you purchase your pass, you’ll receive a voucher with login details for the YesMilanoPass App. That’s your key to all the attractions, maps, and transport. You can schedule museum visits directly within the app—though note, all museums need to be booked in advance, and entrance might be subject to availability.

Travel on Milan’s public transportation network is straightforward. The QR codes are scanned at entry, though some users mention issues with generating codes—so you’ll want a reliable internet connection, and it helps to familiarize yourself with the process beforehand.

You’ll love the flexibility of this pass, especially since it allows you to plan your day just the way you like. Whether that’s a half-day at the Duomo, a full museum tour, or just hopping around town on a whim, this pass adapts to your pace.

Karen
I loved the value for the money. We used the pass for as many of the attractions as we could. My only concern or complaint was the QR codes for the transportation. While I understand one has to scan in and out, refreshing the code for each scan was not easy and held up the lines. If the QR code can be assigned for each customer and kept for the duration of the pass, that would be better than refreshing each on each ride/turnstile use.
rebecca
It was fabulous, the Duomo rooftop was fantastic, would highly recommend
Anna
Duomo is beautiful and full of so much to see. The detail put into everything is amazing.

It was very fun and worked excellent. We didn’t used all the features the card can offer, but it was still a good value.
Juliana
Not sure if the pass included the lift access but I had to climb 250+ steps on the way up then 250+ steps on the way down. Luckily I'm fit without knee issues.
Milena
Everything was great and going smoothly. We didn't even need to exchange vouchers for duomo and sforza, they scanned it from yess milano app
