Warning, do NOT eat before this food tour. We (wisely) did not eat breakfast; we went to this food tour; and did not eat again until late evening. AND we didn't even successfully finish all the food everywhere. Zoltan was a fantastic guide – charaismatic, educational, and fun. He was very generous, helped explain the history and culture surrounding the food, and was patient with us even as he put up with the many "intereesting" pronounciations of Hungarian food out of all our mouths, haha.
