If you’re planning a trip to Side and considering a boat tour along the Mediterranean coast, this Dolphin Island Boat Trip might catch your eye. It’s a popular choice with a solid average rating of 3.9 out of 5 from hundreds of reviews, offering a mix of swimming, sightseeing, and onboard fun all packed into a 7-hour adventure.
What we really like about this trip is its combination of activities—you get to relax, swim multiple times, and see some of the iconic sights around Side, all while enjoying unlimited drinks and a tasty lunch. Plus, the hotel pickup service saves you the hassle of finding your way to the boat departure point.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that dolphin sightings are not guaranteed, and some travelers did not see dolphins during their trip, despite hoping for that magical moment. Also, the experience is quite structured around a specific itinerary, so if you prefer a more flexible or adventure-focused tour, this might not be your perfect match.
The boat journeys in between places were a bit too long in my opinion. It took around one hour to get from the river to dolphin island. I was also under the assumption that we would visit 3 different locations but we ended up only visiting two and going back to the area where the river and the sea are, twice. Food was nice and well seasoned. Apart from that, everything was good and the guides were very nice. Swimming in the sea was beautiful
It was a lovely day, the boat crew were lovely and welcoming. Lunch was more than enough and delicious, basic soft drinks were free whilst you paid for cans, ice creams and chocolate ect. We stopped for swim breaks which were all nice. We didn't get to see any dolphins but the whole day was enjoyable. The only improvement needed was the foam party. I think the crew needed to be more involved in getting guests to participate. Overall I would definitely recommend this trip.
Really enjoyed the boat ride, service was brilliant and food. Only thing I would say is the music was quite loud but other than that it was brilliant 🙂 thankyou again!
This tour seems ideal for those who want a relaxed, fun-filled day on the water with good food, entertainment, and scenic views. If you’re traveling with a group or family looking for a lively day at sea, it’s worth considering.

Next, your guide might point out the chance to spot bottlenose dolphins—a hopeful moment, though it’s important to remember that sightings depend on luck. One traveler happily noted, “we saw dolphins!” but others might not be so fortunate.
The second and third swim stops are in crystal-clear waters where you can relax, swim, snorkel, or just float and soak up the sunshine. The boat’s onboard entertainment, including a foam party, keeps the atmosphere lively, especially for families or groups looking for some fun.
What an amazing day we didn’t see dolphins but everything else made up for it, from transportation, guide and staff of the Grand Haza Baba and the food was amazing! We would totally recommend it and it was worth every penny! Thank you
Everything was very good. Maybe the food must to be more 😃
A fantastic day and a must for anyone that can, from pick up to returning to hotel was 9 hours, amazing pirate themed boat, fantastic crew, beautiful scenery. Food was very good, foam party was a surprise. Excellent trip.

Some reviews mention the drinks are unlimited, which definitely adds to the value for money.
Dolphin Island and Final Swim
