Thinking about a day out that combines nature, culture, and a touch of adventure? This Cabrio Bus and Boat Day Trip at Green Lake near Side offers exactly that. With a mix of scenic drives, boat rides, and cultural visits, it’s a well-rounded way to see some of Turkey’s lesser-known but stunning sights without breaking the bank.
What really appeals to us about this trip are the breathtaking mountain views and the relaxed boat cruise that gives you a different perspective on the landscape. Plus, the included lunch and guided stops make it feel like excellent value for around $25 per person.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Cabrio bus has plastic roll-up windows, which might not be everyone’s favorite if you’re expecting fully enclosed comfort. It’s more open-air, which can be wonderful on a warm day but less so if the weather turns cold or rainy.
Overall we had a great day despite the rain. A lot of people are giving bad reviews because of the bus but please be mindful it says the bus is a Cabrio style which means the windows are plastic roll up sheets as expected. The driver was great & the guide was excellent he translated in French German and English & delivered knowledgeable info about all the stops we visited. The trip times were 8.45am-4pm pick up n drop off. In that time we visited a mosque, waterfall (entry was 100 TL for 2 people) , water dam, orangery, green lake boat ride & zoo(optional – not worth going to) & a few picture stops & loo stops so I think it was great value for money. We had a nice hot lunch around 2pm (chick…
The trip fit a lot of stops into the day, it was all very interesting, beautiful Mosque, up into the mountains to see Roman ruins, Roman aqueduct, and to the top of the mountain to see the modern damn we certainly got around the area. The bus driver was excellent. The guide was lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, but we couldn't really hear him too well on the bus. Nice lunch, and a relaxing boat ride after with a swimming stop all good. Stop off at a small local zoo, then to the Manavgat waterfall all really good photo stops, quite a few toilet breaks with photo opportunities, orangery and cafe by pretty bit of river. Excellent trip, would totally recommend suitable for all age groups w…

Absolutely great value. We didn't take in all the sights as we had seen some things before, but certainly can recommend this day trip to see the Green Lake and the area in general 👍
this was the best day out so far. the host was amazing, so knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions aswell as making sure we all knew what was happening and where we needed to be. the trip is so much more than the title suggests, it was a full day of activities, including swimming ij the sea, visiting a mosque, seeing a waterfall. We were picked up at 9am and dropped off at 5.30. couldn't have had a better time, thanks again
The trip was absolutely amazing. It included a lot more than stated on the itinerary originally. I would say that requires updating, as it’s not a full representation of what you’re getting and value for money. We went to the mosque, the city ruins, Manavgat river, green canyon, tahini bazar, zoo, lunch was included, and an orange orchid. Definitely value for money. These were in 30 min intervals. Toilets were readily available. The tour guides were amazing, spoken English and Russian to accommodate all guests. Definitely recommend.

The setting is peaceful, great for photos or just soaking in the serenity.
- Off-road adventure at Green Lake: You’ll get a quick off-road experience in this area, which adds a bit of variety and fun to the day.
